Pathways to HOPE Sessions

Pro Se Asylum & EAD Support
Hope Has No Borders provides monthly asylum support sessions in Spanish throughout Metro Denver. While we do not offer legal advice, we assist individuals in completing their pro se asylum applications using technology for translation and form completion. Spanish-speaking volunteers are available to support participants through the process. We believe no one should be denied the opportunity to file for asylum due to the cost of hired legal aid. At our sessions, we request a $25 fee per application to offset our costs for printing and postage. We ensure that applications are correctly mailed to all locations and provide follow-up support, including guidance on address updates & information on future work authorization requests. Private, bilingual EAD support sessions are offered upon referral.
We are actively seeking partnerships with additional organizations and churches to host these life-changing sessions. We are looking for partners who can provide space, coffee, snacks, printing support, postage, and a willingness to assist those in need. Together, we can make a meaningful impact on the lives of asylum seekers in our community.
HOPE Community Services
Community Service Partnerships
Hope Has No Borders is dedicated to empowering newly arrived migrants in Colorado through community service projects. This program not only provides donation-based gifts as a token of appreciation for volunteerism, but also offers valuable real-life experience, education around cultural expectations, and enhances resumes and work readiness. By fostering local partnerships, we connect migrants with renowned organizations, like WeeCycle, The Jeffco Action Center, & Joyful Journeys, who are seeking volunteers. These partnerships facilitate cultural integration and contribution to a stronger, more vibrant community for all.

Are you an organization in need of Spanish speaking volunteers? We would love to hear from you!
Crisis to HOPE Fund
Emergency Stabilization Fund
Hope Has No Borders developed the Crisis to HOPE Fund to provide one-time, immediate, and urgent financial assistance to individuals facing critical needs that cannot be met by other organizations or social connections. The focus of these funds is to allow a flexible and immediate response to individuals in order for them to maintain stability in essential areas of life such as work, shelter, medical care, and transportation. If applicable, up to 6 hours of dedicated case management support will be approved along with award.
The Crisis to HOPE Fund (CHF) provides essential support, assisting individuals who are confronted with sudden, critical financial challenges in key aspects of life. The CHF program is modeled after the incredible impact of local grassroots support efforts- which proved that individualized, responsive, and preventative work can infuse HOPE in times of crisis.
